Designed for Kitson & Partners, this direct mail campaign was created to promote the Flatwoods neighborhood within Babcock Ranch through a premium, attention-grabbing print experience. The project included a custom-designed oversized postcard paired with a coordinated printed envelope, creating a cohesive presentation that stood out in the mailbox while reinforcing the community's brand identity.

The design balances clean typography, compelling lifestyle imagery, and strategic messaging to highlight the unique lifestyle and amenities offered at Flatwoods. Every element—from the layout and color palette to the envelope graphics—was carefully crafted to encourage recipients to learn more and schedule a visit.
