For the Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition, I designed a direct mail campaign promoting The Annual Dinner, the organization’s premier networking and recognition event.

The piece was crafted to capture the significance of the evening while maintaining a polished, professional tone aligned with the defense industry audience. Strong visual hierarchy, refined typography, and clear event details ensured key information—date, location, sponsorship opportunities, and registration—was easily accessible and compelling.

The final mailer elevated the event’s profile, encouraged attendance, and reinforced the Coalition’s leadership within the regional defense community.
